Services
We provide creative and technical services as agreed in a written scope or proposal. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.
Payment terms
Project work is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are net-7.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel anytime. We refund any unused, unstarted work and hand off all source files within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nainhadens is registered. Disputes are resolved by good-faith conversation first, arbitration second.
