The approach
Built a custom WhatsApp AI agent integrated with the WhatsApp Business API and powered by an LLM GPT4. The agent handles natural language conversations, answers FAQs from a dynamic knowledge base, qualifies leads by collecting structured info, books appointments via calendar integration, and escalates to a human agent when needed. All flows managed through a no-code dashboard.
